Eating to Lose Weight

Generally quick weight loss is not a perfect solution. People who have tried to quickly lose weight have found that, with sweat and determination, they do reach their goals; but quite often return to their original form. The key to any quick weight loss plan is a proper exit strategy. In other words, what do you do when you need to return to your real life.

The smartest way to become involved in a quick weight loss program is to incorporate habits that you know you can maintain once you have reached your goal. These should be realistic and include times where you give yourself permission to splurge.
